Senior Director, Portfolio & Loyalty Marketing,
Kasey O’Leary is the Senior Director of Hilton Portfolio & Loyalty Marketing, responsible for leading global strategy of portfolio and loyalty brand strategies and management of multi-channel consumer & business marketing.
Kasey joined Hilton in 2009 where she was responsible for leading concept development, execution and the launch of the re-brand effort for Hilton HHonors, the loyalty program for Hilton’s 13 hotel brands. Over her tenure at Hilton, Kasey has overseen creative development for Hilton HHonors, Portfolio marketing initiatives and global brand strategy and consumer research on loyalty behavior and portfolio awareness. Prior to joining Hilton, she served as creative director at The Sports Club/LA and as a marketing and creative consultant at numerous advertising and design agencies. Kasey attended Harvard Business School’s Business Perspectives for Design Leaders and earned a bachelor of fine arts degree in communication arts from the University of Arizona.
This year, Kasey drove the conceptual development, global strategy and execution for Hilton’s largest campaign to date, Stop Clicking Around, aimed at driving direct booking behavior from consumers with added perks like discounts and free wi-fi. The campaign has been widely recognized and has contributed to Hilton’s overall revenue success.
