Allison Miazga-Bedrick is the Senior Brand Director for the Filled Bars Portfolio (SNICKERS®, TWIX®, MILKY WAY® and 3 MUSKETEERS®) at Mars Chocolate North America (MCNA). In this role, Allison leads a cross-functional team responsible for the strategy development and execution for the Filled Bar Brands and is accountable for the delivery of the Brands annual and long term operating plans. As Brand Director, she manages a team of marketers who are responsible for overall brand management, strategic planning and execution for Core and Innovation as well as the NFL Sponsorship. Allison serves as a member of the Marketing Leadership Team and is a member of both the SNICKERS® and TWIX® Global Brand Boards.

Allison’s work on the SNICKERS® “You’re Not You When You’re Hungry” advertising campaign over the last several years has been award winning and industry recognized. Several of her most prestigious awards include: Cannes Lions, Effie Awards, International Food and Beverage Creative Excellence Awards, D&AD Pencil Awards, and the Inaugural Super Clio Award to highlight a few.

Allison joined MCNA in 1998 and has held Brand Management roles on SKITTLES®, M&M’S® (Core and Innovation), My M&M’S®, Future Consumption Segment, and led the FLING® new Brand launch. As Marketing Director, Allison has also led the DOVE® Chocolate Brand. Allison has a passion for developing associates and leading teams. She began her career working in the advertising industry in NYC for five years holding various account management roles. She has her MBA from the Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University and her BA from Duke University where she was an All-American Field Hockey player. Allison resides in New Jersey with her husband Michael and two daughters Abigail and Ellie.
