Victoria “Vic” Noble, VP/Global Head of Brand Value for Shire, has spent 20 years as a trailblazer in healthcare marketing. Always challenging the status quo, she has built a career breaking the rules to break new ground. Her marketing ethos is grounded in data-driven brand building with a healthy dose of “gut”. Vic joined Shire in 2008 and has proven her talent for infusing consumer sensibility across Shire brands. Recently, as Head of Marketing for Ophthalmics, Vic orchestrated Shire’s entrance into the eyecare space by launching Xiidra® and the “double ii” campaign, as well as eyelove®, the first awareness campaign for dry eye, featuring Jennifer Aniston. Vic graduated from the University of California Berkeley with degrees in political science and business. She got her start as an IPO analyst on Wall Street and a legislative associate for government relations firms lobbying on behalf of the financial industry, where she built up her business muscle and acumen. Vic caught the marketing bug with her stints at agencies like OgilvyOne and FCB Direct where she drove results for clients across industries.  Recent accolades include: MM&M Hall of Femme, PRWeek Health Influencer 50, PharmaVoice100, Shire CEO awards and multiple DTC Marketing awards.
