Brian Beitler has helped several of the country’s leading brands build purposeful connections with their customers, expand into the digital world, and achieve industry leading growth for the last 20 years. He believes in challenging conventional wisdom, pushing brands and businesses to think differently about how they engage and earn loyalty from their customers, and is driven by the belief that the key to success is listening to your customers personally and first hand, and then combining those personal insights with AI, Big Data, and Machine Learning to innovate your brand, products, marketing, and services.
He is currently Chief Marketing Officer of QxH (Qurate Retail Group’s QVC US and HSN business unit). He also serves as Chairman of the Executive Board for the Global Retail Marketing Association.
Prior to joining QxH, he served as EVP and Chief Marketing and Brand Growth Officer for J Jill, Inc. He has also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Lane Bryant & Catherines, EVP and CMO of David’s Bridal, SVP of Marketing for Kohl’s department store, Head of Marketing for Bath & Body Works, and has held senior leadership roles Toys R Us and Mattel.
He is a widely regarded industry speaker and has keynoted at some of the industry’s most noted events including the ANA Masters of Marketing conference, NRF’s Symposium, the 4A’s Transformational Event, the Ad Club’s Media Innovation conference, and eTail, among others.
A graduate of the University of Utah with a Bachelor-degree in Marketing, Brian also holds an MBA from Brigham Young University. He resides in the Boston area with his wife, and has 5 daughters, and 1 son. When he’s not in the office or at his kids activities, you’ll find him with his family on the golf course, in the mountains, or on the water.
