Kate’s experience spans over 20 years, supporting major global corporations as well as small startups in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, business-to-business, and retail industries. She is currently the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications and a member of the leadership team at Fresenius Medical Care, where she has the privilege of leading the teams responsible for creative and brand strategy, marketing, marketing operations, events, sustainability and community relations, corporate and medical office communications, and digital strategy. Her team supports each of the company’s business units to tell a cohesive, one-company story through integrated marketing communications campaigns.
Kate initially joined the Corporate Communications team at Fresenius Medical Care in 2016. Prior to that, she worked for Vertex Pharmaceuticals in Boston, MA, and Staples, Inc. in Denver, CO, Boston, MA, and Amsterdam, the Netherlands. She holds a bachelor of business administration from Washburn University in Topeka, KS, a master of business administration from Regis University in Denver, CO, and a postgraduate certificate in sustainable business from the University of Cambridge in Cambridge, United Kingdom.
