Kathy’s experience spans nearly 30 years in Marketing and Brand leadership positions in retail, healthcare, technology, politics and public affairs. Previously, she lead Global Brand Strategy and Creative Services for LogMeIn, a top 10 publicly traded global software services company. In her first two years at LogMeIn, Kathy launched the company’s first global corporate brand platform, restructured the company’s brand architecture and product portfolio, and developed a new brand vision for the company’s largest business unit.
Prior to joining LogMeIn, Kathy worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield for 16 years, serving on the Executive Management Team for eight years as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Brand Management. During her tenure at Blue Cross, Kathy helped grow membership by 30 percent with member satisfaction at world-class levels and built the Blue Cross brand to be the most widely-recognized brand in its category. She has also held brand marketing positions at Talbots, Hechinger Stores Company and National Media, Inc.
Throughout her career, Kathy has provided brand and marketing services to several nonprofit organizations such as American Cancer Society, Project Bread’s Walk For Hunger, Anti-Defamation League No Place for Hate, and Medicines For Humanity. She has recently joined the Corporate Executive Council at WGBH and serves on the Ad Club of Massachusetts Board of Directors. Previously, she served on the Boston Chamber of Commerce Women’s Advisory Board and the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association National Consumer Brand Advisory Council.
She earned her BA in Communications at the University of Alabama and her MBA at Northeastern University. Kathy lives in Scituate, Massachusetts with her husband Dan and her two sons Danny and Deven.
