Google Cambridge has been at the forefront of Diversity & Inclusion issues for several years. Led by incredible employee passion and engagement, there are a range of activities that exemplify this. Our “Faces of CAM” photo installation highlights 10 different Googlers per month, with a headshot and short bio, in an effort to humanize one another and build connections. Our local Diversity & Inclusion Task Force works on a volunteer basis to create programs that promote awareness, include everyone, and challenge the status quo. And we have more than 8 local chapters of Google Employee Resource Groups, including our Black Googler Network, Disability Alliance, Women@CAM, HOLA-CAM, Gayglers and more. We’ll be thrilled to march as a grand marshal in this year’s pride parade on June 9th in Downtown Boston. Our commitment to these issues only grows stronger with time!
