Mohammad practices true servant leadership & exudes compassion. As a Muslim immigrant from India, he understands the nuances of being a minority all too well. He has built a full service agency from the ground up, employing hundreds in the US and India. He grooms his people to become leaders by challenging them and encouraging individual thinking. He provides a safe, nurturing space for people to be comfortable in their own skin, no matter the color of their skin or religious affiliation, and works around the clock to reinforce love, empathy, trust & encouragement inside his organization. For example, during a visit to Softway’s India office this year, he led an initiative to bring his employees together and enforce the fact that India’s caste culture stops at his door.
