We have high management tenure rates at TJX, 57% of their Associates at the Assistant Vice President level and above have been with the Company for over 10 years. At the Vice President level and above, that percentage increases to 63%. For the ninth time in the past 10 years, TJX scored 100 on the 2017 Corporate Equality Index of the U.S.-based Human Rights Campaign.
