Tania Fabo
Student & Rhodes Scholar, Harvard University

Tania Fabo is one of the two women from Massachusetts to win Rhodes Scholarship, and senior at Harvard University, where she concentrates in Human Development and Regenerative Biology. Born in Germany of Cameroonian parents, and an immigrant to the U.S., Tania has been involved in cancer research throughout her college career, at the University of Michigan and a biotech company, in addition to Harvard.

Apart from her research, Tania also created and co-directed the first annual Black Health Matters Conference at Harvard, and is president of the Harvard Society of Black Scientists and Engineers. She is also an active member of the Kuumba and A Capella singing groups on campus.

Tania plans to earn a Masters of Science by research in oncology at Oxford.
