Ms. Sinatra currently serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Wynn Resorts, Limited, a $15 billion mark cap NASDAQ company which owns and operates luxury destination casino resorts in Las Vegas, Nevada and the Macau SAR of China.  In September 2014, the Company was designated as the awardee in Region 1 in Massachusetts and is in the process of developing a $2.4 billion resort in Everett, MA.

Ms. Sinatra joined Wynn Resorts in January 2004, as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of its development activities and became the General Counsel in 2005.
