The Mentor Award recognizes an individual within the corporate workforce, who has made outstanding contributions to a diverse community or candidate by providing guidance and support.
This award is intended for someone who provides meaningful mentorship that is above and beyond his or her professional requirements and job description. It should not be someone whose primary job function is to provide mentoring or related services.
The Committee will consider the quality of the mentorship, the types and quantities of individuals mentored, and the impact of the mentoring, where measurable.
