ABOUT THIS COURSE:

Moving to the Supervisor level in Account Management is one of the biggest steps an account person makes in their career.  Most people don’t realize they need to be functioning at the next level before they will be considered for promotions, and this course will help participants leverage and hone the fundamentals they’ve already developed in order to advance successfully.  So what does it take to get to the next level?

Topics covered in this class include:

  •      Fundamentals of Account Management, moving from a “base” to an “advanced” level
  •      Better Understanding the Business of the Business
  •      Leading – Managing the myriad Resources in the Agency world, including how to hire your successor
  •      Optimizing your Personal Brand and Successfully Partnering with Team Members

This 4-part class will also highlight an excellent and multi-faceted Dunkin’ Donuts brand case study that will help participants better understand their role in all phases of campaign development.  The course will be interactive: Instructors will encourage participation and engagement with “light” assignments and active in-class discussion.

In the course, you’ll learn from experienced, successful account people who’ve been there and currently prepare members of their teams for the move up to the Supervisor level.
