Seema believes that strategy is about finding truths but not being limited by them. This openness fuels creativity and makes her a unique business problem solver. Seema has been solving business problems for over 20 years for clients like Proctor & Gamble, Nintendo, Kellogg’s, ConAgra Foods, Diageo, Tiger Beer, McDonald’s, Hallmark, Walmart, Target, JC Penney, Kia Motors, LG and Jack in the Box.

Before founding Wolfgang, Seema spent three years at David&Goliath. She helped transform the agency from a creative hot shop to a strategically driven creative force. Under her strategic leadership, the agency added multiple clients and grew over 30% in revenue.

Prior to that, Seema was at Wieden + Kennedy in Portland where she led brand strategy for Target. She helped the cheap-chic retailer define its purpose and voice for a post-recession America. Much of Seema’s career was spent at Leo Burnett, both in Chicago and Singapore. Over the decade there, she solved business problems for multiple Fortune 500 companies with award winning campaigns for both creativity and effectiveness.

She also spent a year on the client side as a part of the JC Penney transformation team as head of consumer intelligence and strategy in charge of all of JC Penney’s brand research.

Throughout her career and as a sought after speaker, Seema has driven and created thought leadership content ranging from the PayPal Speaker series across the US to a strategy column for Singapore’s leading ad publication and an article in Forbes. In 2014, Seema was named one of Business Insider’s “36 Most Creative Women”. This year, Seema was selected to be part of the “Exceptional Women of the West” series by The Drum. She also spoke on panels at the International Andy Awards as well as at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
