PASSION:

Aaron’s passion project is United South End Settlements, a nonprofit with a 127-year legacy in the South End of Boston, whose mission is to harness the power of its diverse community to disrupt the cycle of poverty for children and their families.

 

IMPACT:

Aaron is an accomplished strategic global business executive with experience leading teams during periods of growth, performance improvement, and transformation. He and his family moved to the South End of Boston to be a part of its diverse neighborhood that reflected the diversity of his own family. Aaron joined the United South End Settlements Board of Directors in September 2018.

Aaron serves as a thought partner to USES’s CEO and board chair, helping to evolve the board of directors into a high-functioning governance team. He has been integral in refining the organization’s strategies, positioning USES to best execute its mission of harnessing the power of its diverse community.

Aaron has served on the real estate committee, the finance committee, and on the executive committee. He joined the board and dove into these three roles while commuting back and forth from Florida for work, dedicating his time to ensure that USES is on a sustainable path to serve the community for years to come.
