PASSION:

Natalia’s work beyond work all centers around recognizing and lifting up the voices of our youth. She’s everywhere in her community, and from direct service with individuals to policy, advocacy, and philanthropy, Natalia works to help our youth!

IMPACT:

Natalia mentors youth, participates in clean-up days, sits on the boards of Future Chefs and the Dot YMCA. While these aren’t just one project, but many, each of these reaches youth from her direct neighborhood and/or other neighborhoods in Boston. I’ve met her mentee, who has grown into a confident, strong, successful young woman, and who remains one of Natalia’s close friends. And I’ve seen the impact her work on the Future Chefs and Dot YMCA boards have had on the youth they serve–Future Chefs has expanded its reach while she has served on the board, and the Dot YMCA continues to thrive in serving youth, children, and families in a multitude of ways.
