Jill is dedicated to ensuring equity, promoting inclusive entrepreneurship and connecting people with opportunity through CommonWealth Kitchen. She enthusiastically embraces the shared goal of ensuring that the industry is a reflection of the diversity that strengthens our great Commonwealth through promoting a diverse workforce and supplier base.

 

IMPACT:

Jill leads the board of CommonWealth Kitchen, a non-profit culinary incubator whose mission is to close Boston’s wealth divide by promoting inclusive entrepreneurship and creating sustainable employment. It provides shared kitchens combined with business assistance to help aspiring entrepreneurs. Jill also serves on the board of The Massachusetts Service Alliance (MSA), a nonprofit organization that serves as the state commission on service and volunteerism. They promote and support service and volunteerism by investing public and private resources in community-based organizations that rely upon volunteers and people engaged in service to meet their community’s needs.
