PASSION:

Alberto is the Corporate Vice President of Parexel. He is passionate about advocating for diversion and inclusion.

IMPACT:

Alberto is a founding member of the Gender Partnership Steering Committee of PAREXEL. He goes above and beyond his job responsibilities and volunteers his time to help advance inclusion in the company. He was one of the first graduates of MARC (Men Advocating Real Change), a program for men to get involved in Gender Equity at PAREXEL. He also helps lead the MARC Network in the Boston area.

He was also one of the few males that began being mentors of our Wisdom Circles at PAREXEL. This is a nine month mentoring program for women in manager and associate director levels. This year he has volunteered to mentor two Wisdom Circles on top of his daily duties.

Alberto volunteered to be a speaker for a MassBio and Diversity Event. He is also a mentor for CONEXION, this year and also last year, mentoring a Hispanic Women and now a Hispanic man. Alberto is passionate about diversity and inclusion and he is someone that I count on the most to support this voluntary work. In PAREXEL we are creating a movement and could not do it without Alberto’s passion.
