The External Diversity & Inclusion Initiative Award recognizes companies and institutions who have made community outreach and inclusion an integral part of their business plans.
These companies and institutions are giving of their time, resources and talent to promote and embrace the diversity within the community in which they live and work.

The committee will consider a number of factors, including the industry and environment in which the nominee company or institution operates, the ingenuity of the program, and the success or anticipated results of the program.
