- Advancing in a marketing communications and client management role, moving from a “base” to a “more experienced” level
- The importance of insights in the process of media/marketing/creative brief development
- The definition of “client management” – what does it really mean? How to build successful internal/external relationships and effectively lead, collaborate and delegate
- Leadership and management basics – the importance of listening, self-awareness and empathy in leadership development; optimizing your personal brand
This three-part class consists of both instructive and highly interactive formats where class participation and idea sharing will be expected. Cross-industry best practices will be shared as well as real-world case study scenarios. Light homework assignments will be provided to encourage engaged learning between classes.
