Nathan J. Crow

Group Creative Director, SVP, RPA

His long career at RPA began in April 2000 after landing an entry-level position in the proofreading department. From humble beginnings, Nathan advanced to his current position through hard work, integrity, and an unshakable optimistic attitude.

One might wonder why he has chosen to stay at one company for so many years. The answer is simple: The people, the culture and the consistent creative challenges. It’s no surprise RPA upholds “People First” as their company motto.

The first 11 years of Nathan’s career were spent creating award-winning work for Honda, which he absolutely loved. Over the last 7 years, he has helped lead teams of talented creatives in coming up with breakthrough work for companies like ampm, ARCO gas, Intuit QuickBooks, Dole Fruit, Halo Pet Food, La-Z-Boy Furniture, and the L.A. Clippers. Nathan loves a good challenge. He is intentional in approaching each project from the perspective of how to make it better than the last and truly believes there’s a solution to every problem.

In his spare time Nathan loves spending time with his superhero wife, Jenny, and their two-year-old son Sebastian (Sebi), serving as one of the leaders at Risen Church, teaching advertising courses at The Bookshop, and of course, at the end of a busy day, drawing his beloved “crowtoons.”
