\n\t\t\tLinda Heasley is the president and chief executive officer of J.Jill, the Boston area-based premier omnichannel retailer and nationally recognized women\u2019s apparel brand. Appointed as Chief Executive Officer of J.Jill in April 2018, Ms. Heasley has also served on the company\u2019s Board of Directors since March 2017 and brings with her an extensive history of senior leadership experience in the retail industry.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining J.Jill, from February 2017 to March 2018, Ms. Heasley was Chief Executive Officer of the 60-year-old Atlanta, Georgia-based Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC, where she brought her extensive retail leadership experience to new markets in the food industry. From October 2016 to February 2017, Ms. Heasley served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Plus Fashion Segment at Ascena Retail Group Inc. From February 2013 to September 2016, she served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Lane Bryant, Inc., where she led the charge on the brand\u2019s viral \u201cI\u2019m No Angel\u201d campaign, which garnered over 10 billion impressions in its first week across print, broadcast, digital and social media. During her time at Lane Bryant, Ms. Heasley increased profitability for the company, which came as a result of several initiatives, including commissioning new store design and revamping product lines, introducing new brand positioning for a new customer, and launching designer brand collaborations.<\/p>\n

Ms. Heasley had previously served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer at Limited Stores, LLC from August 2007 to February 2013, and has held senior leadership roles at CVS Health Corporation, Timberland LLC, Bath & Body Works and L Brands, Inc.<\/p>\n

Ms. Heasley received her M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA)
\nand her A.B. from Harvard University. She was selected to serve on J.Jill\u2019s Board of Directors for her expertise in women\u2019s apparel businesses and her extensive experience
\nin leadership positions within the retail industry. Ms. Heasley currently lives in Boston
