Lori Hiltz serves as Chief Executive Officer of Havas Media North America charged with revolutionizing the agency’s integrated client offering. A media pioneer, Hiltz calls upon her decades of experience leading marketing teams to deliver best in class work on behalf of Havas clients. A renowned marketing strategist, Lori has a passion for storytelling and deep understanding of the ever evolving media landscape and how to connect brands to consumers. This expertise fuels her vision and leadership of the agency’s North American business.
Since joining Havas in 2012, Lori has led the business through a period of unprecedented growth. During her tenure she has strengthened relationships with the agency’s long-term flagship clients including LVMH, Sears Holdings Company and Fidelity. Additionally, under her leadership the agency has enjoyed a string of business development success adding clients across a broad array of industries including satellite giant DISH, Emirates Airlines, Safelite, Reynolds, the National Association of Realtors and the iconic auction house Sotheby’s expanding the firm’s client portfolio.
Under Lori’s leadership, Havas has grown into a dynamic collective of media excellence underpinned by cutting edge specialty groups and disciplines that offer clients fully integrated, data-driven media and content solutions. In doing so she oversees more than 1,000 employees across eight offices and a driving force behind the agency’s commitment to innovation and defining its internal culture.
Prior to her current role, Lori led Havas Media’s Chicago office driving strategic thinking, innovation, and media optimization. Before joining Havas, Lori held positions of increasing authority on behalf of iconic brands including Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM. Lori also held senior positions at Doner Advertising, Lowe: Campbell-Ewald, and JWT during the course of her career.
In 2011 she received the Bill Harmon Award from the Chicago Advertising Federation and counts several Effie awards to her credit. She has served as a Grand Ogilvy Judge for the 2015 ARF David Ogilvy Awards and was a keynote speaker at ARF’s RE!THINK Conference. She currently sits on the board of The Ad Council, the ARF, IRTS and is a member of the 4A’s Media Leadership Council. Lori plays an active role on the board of St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Chicago.
Lori holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Michigan State University. Lori and her husband keeps residences in both New York and Chicago. A dedicated distance runner she has completed three different marathons.
