Always challenging the status quo, she has built a career breaking the rules to break new ground. Her marketing ethos is grounded in data-driven brand building with a healthy dose of \u201cgut\u201d. Vic joined Shire in 2008 and has proven her talent for infusing consumer sensibility across Shire brands. Recently, as Head of Marketing for Ophthalmics, Vic orchestrated Shire\u2019s entrance into the eyecare space by launching Xiidra\u00ae and the \u201cdouble ii\u201d campaign, as well as eyelove\u00ae, the first awareness campaign for dry eye, featuring Jennifer Aniston. Vic&nbsp;graduated from the University of California Berkeley with degrees in&nbsp;political science and business.
