As an advertising professional, motivational blogger, and social entrepreneur, <\/span>Francisca has<\/span> become extremely involved in her community and gives back to students, women of color or small business owners in the area.<\/span><\/p>\n

IMPACT:<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

Francisca began <\/span>JustForYou Event Marketing, a creative marketing enterprise consulting individual brands, entrepreneurs and small business owners on business strategies and creative campaigns, to properly market their corporate events or develop business growth using traditional and digital marketing. With JFY Event Marketing, she uses the knowledge gained from the agency level and marketing tactics pro-bono with community-based organizations.<\/span><\/p>\n

From JFY Event Marketing, she created se\u00b7ren\u00b7i\u00b7ty Urban Retreat with co-founder, Deidre-Ann Fuller. They decided to create a space where people are able to meet new and exciting individuals, about 50 \u2013 60 people of color in the Boston area that more than likely have not crossed paths. They keep the ratio male to female equal to cultivate a balance stream of conversation topics. This dinner retreat is celebrate Everything-About-Us, People of Color (POC).<\/p>\n
