PASSION:<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

John has been supporting the National Multiple Sclerosis Society for more than 10 years in various ways. His main annual effort has been biking 150 miles while fundraising. His motivation is simple – his family was directly impacted by this horrible disease, and he witnessed first-hand his sister-in-law\u2019s rapid decline and untimely death. His motivation is to prevent another family from suffering in a similar way by working hard to help find a cure for MS.<\/span><\/p>\n

IMPACT:<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

John is involved with the MS Society of New England (MS NE). He has been involved with the Cape Cod Getaway, which is sponsored by MS NE. It is a charity ride that goes from Boston to P-Town over two days. He has participated in this event since 2011 and has also been an active fundraiser since 2009 when he coordinated the fundraising efforts for friends running the Boston Marathon in his sister-in-law\u2019s memory. She passed away from MS related complications the year prior, in 2008. Last year he was able to eclipse $40,000 in fund raising!<\/span><\/p>\n
