According to an attendee, \u201cIt was great to see a large corporation value diversity, recognize and assist in the development of diverse attorneys.\u201d\\n\\nIn 2017, 22 legal employees attended and presented at 11 diversity conferences nationwide, and identified potential candidates for positions within Liberty and even referring some to outside counsel partners. \\n\\nIn addition, Liberty\u2019s Legal Department leads by example with 51% of its 1,000 attorneys being women and lawyers of color.
