Additionally 4 Employee Resource Groups were created for diversity &amp; inclusion, advancing women, promoting, financial literacy and wellness and supporting the LGBT community. Our experience from listening, learning and acting taught us the importance of developing a culturally competent workforce where concepts such as \u201cCultural Agility\u201d inspires trust between colleagues and customers. \\n\\nFurthermore, our efforts to advance women in the workplace as part of the Governor\u2019s Challenge has progressed steadily. We partnered with Bentley Professors to lead classes in finance, strategy and leadership. Since 2015 the percentage of women on the board went up from 17% to 20%, Executive Team from 9% to 40% and Senior Leadership Team from 22% to 39%. Recently earned the 2017 Women on Boards Winning Company Award and a spot on the Boston Globe\u2019s Top Place to Work for the 9th straight year.
