Nominate them!<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Has someone instituted aggressive internal quotas, like Intel has, to insure that the ranks of their company better reflect society\u2019s reality? Nominate them!<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Does your leadership team&nbsp;allocate company dollars and time to your community, creating opportunities that didn\u2019t exist, like John Hancock does? Nominate them!<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Or is their idea so creative and forward-thinking that we could never think it up as an example? Nominate them!<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for individuals and organizations across all sectors. The nominee\u2019s work must fall under one or more of the following categories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>20-Something Award<\/li>\n<li>Arts, Entertainment, or Sports<\/li>\n<li>Consumer Goods and Services<\/li>\n<li>Education<\/li>\n<li>Environment, Sustainability, or Social Responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Finance<\/li>\n<li>Government<\/li>\n<li>Health and Wellness<\/li>\n<li>Marketing and Media<\/li>\n<li>Technology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>What if my nomination fits into more than one category?<\/h2>\n<p>If your nomination could fall under more than one category, or you are uncertain about the category, check all that apply and our judges will consider the nomination in the appropriate category.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>How are the winners decided?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">A committee of senior leaders involved in diversity and inclusion will work with The Ad Club to choose the honorees.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>What do you need from me?<\/h2>\n<p>Not a whole lot!
