Yvonne is a Senior Vice President and Global Head of Client Solutions and PMO of the Investment Manager Services (IMS) group for State Street Corporation. In that role, Yvonne has global responsibility for developing new client relationships, deploying cutting-edge technology and operational processes, and delivering complex consulting engagements for existing and potential State Street clients. IMS has over 39 clients with $10 Trillion in Assets under Management. Yvonne leads a global team based in London, Sydney, Irvine and Boston.

Yvonne also serves as the National Chairwoman for the largest and oldest Latino Professional organization in the country – ALPFA. With over 23,000 members, 41 Professional chapters and 132 Student Chapters, Yvonne provides strategic guidance to the CEO and Management team of over 20 individuals.

As the National Chairwoman for ALPFA, Yvonne mentors and coaches the leaders across the country who volunteer for the organization. Prior to that, under her leadership, Boston launched the first mentoring program for the chapter which matched over 40 young professionals with executives and today as the National Chairwoman is hoping to launch a national program that will serve all chapters across the country.

In her role at State Street, Yvonne also co-launched a women’s group for her business line which allows women employees to discuss any topics that are top of mind in the workplace and mentors many young professionals on how to grow within their careers and manage different situations at work. Yvonne also speaks across the country around topics of domestic violence and education and was recently invited to the White House in recognition of her leadership. In addition to participating in mentorship programs across the country, she is also the co-founding Chair of Milagros para Niños, an initiative at Children’s Hospital in Boston, which has raised more than $4m in funds for Hispanic children who can’t afford medical care.

As a result of Yvonne’s mentorship, countless individuals have received their first job offers ever in their career. Yvonne has been mentoring and coaching individuals for the past 10 years when she first assumed a leadership role at ALPFA. Yvonne not only mentors them but also helps them find the right career fit and company based on their values and career goals. Yvonne also mentors women in the area of domestic violence, an area which she is very passionate about and has mentored young women to remove themselves from unhealthy situations and begin a new life and focus on their education and help them live a life without fear.
