Currently Managing Director at Boathouse, Lisa leads the account management team in addition to managing various client relationships. Before joining Boathouse, Lisa was a Partner at Accenture where she was the practice lead for the Insight and Strategy Group within Accenture Interactive. Prior to Accenture, Lisa worked for Hill Holliday for 10 years where she was most recently EVP\/Group Account Director, leading strategic marketing communications planning for several retail and healthcare clients. Across her career, Lisa has served as a trusted marketing partner to clients including Target, AT&amp;T, CVS\/Health, Minute Clinic, Cigna Healthcare, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, and Toys R Us. In addition to her daily account management and operations responsibilities, Lisa enjoys spearheading talent development initiatives and team mentoring. She is also on the Board of Trustees for Crossroads for Kids, a 75-year old leadership and development program for under-resourced youths in the Boston area. Here, Lisa also serves as the marketing sub-committee chairperson. A graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, Lisa lives on the South Shore with her husband and three sons.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Barb Reilly, Managing Partner\/Executive Director &#8211; Arnold Worldwide<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Barb Reilly is a Managing Director at Arnold Worldwide where she\u2019s worked for 17 years. During this time, she\u2019s managed a large group of accounts overseeing all marketing communications for John Frieda, Jergens, Curel, RBS\/Citizens Bank, Huntington Bank, Santander and Vertex Pharmaceuticals. She also led the charge for the much-talked-about JetBlue Airways for their first 2 years in operation. In addition, at Arnold and at Houston Effler Herstek Favat, Barb\u2019s worked on breakthrough campaigns for the anti-smoking businesses, starting with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Anti-Smoking account, the FDA Anti-Tobacco business which then led to the Truth account win. \u00a0These \u201cMovement\u201d campaigns were some of the first of their kind in the country, and more importantly, have proven to reduce smoking rates and save lives.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She\u2019s worked on a variety of other brands throughout her career, such as <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ocean Spray Cranberries, Gillette, Silk Soy Milk, Fairwinds Gourmet Coffee and Cadillac.\u00a0 \u00a0Barb also leads the agency\u2019s philanthropic efforts, \u201cArnold Gives Back\u201d, overseeing all charitable giving and pro bono work for organizations such as Make-A-Wish, City Year, Horizons For Homeless Children, Dana-Farber, Home Base, Climate Reality Project and Year Up.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Over the years, she and her team are the recipients of multiple awards including:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emmy, EFFIES, Cannes Lion, Hatch Awards and Addys.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She\u2019s been Chairman of the Board of the AdClub. She has guest taught at Babson College\u2019s Graduate School of Management and sits on the American Marketing Association\u2019s EFFIE Steering Committee. She is on the Board of Crescent Ridge Dairy, the American Heart Association\u2019s GO RED for Women and the Mass General Hospital\u2019s \u2018Mission Gratitude\u2019. \u00a0Barb was recently named in the list of AdClub\u2019s \u201c Boston\u2019s Top 100 Most Admired Women\u201d and BBJ\u2019s Women of Influence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She hails from Boston, but claims she lost the accent when she attended American University in DC. She came back up to Boston again to \u201cwork by day and attend school by night\u201d to pursue her B.S in Business Communications at Northeastern University. She\u2019s a proud wife and mom to two beautiful girls and the laziest yellow lab you\u2019ve ever met. In her spare time she is an avid skier and casual runner, swimmer, biker and golfer.
