In 2017, the American Advertising Federation included her in the list of \u201c20 Women to Watch in Dallas Advertising\u201d<\/em><\/a> and awarded her the Shining Star Award<\/em><\/strong>, which recognizes women in the Dallas advertising industry who are breaking glass ceilings.<\/p>\n

In 2018, she became one of the five women honored with the Changing the Game Award Brainwave category<\/em><\/strong>. An<\/a> award given by the prestigious She Runs It organization<\/em> <\/strong>which recognizes women within the marketing industry who are true catalysts of innovation by fearlessly making bold moves and reinventing the rules of marketing to transform their brands, and their organizations.<\/p>\n

Through the span of her 18-year+ marketing career, Ivonne has played leadership roles in multiple corporations representing multibillion brands, as well as in top advertising agencies such as Lintas, McCann Erickson Worldwide and The Richards Group, working with well-known brands in almost every category. In 2014, she joined Avocados From Mexico as the Head of Digital Marketing, and in four years has built the organization\u2019s digital practice from the ground up, based on the principles of digital transformation.<\/p>\n

Under her leadership, AFM\u2019s digital work has won multiple accolades including: the only brand earning the top #2 position as Merkle\u2019s \u201cBest Digital Super Bowl Campaigns\u201d for three consecutive years, 2015, 2016 and 2017; and the top #1 in 2018; a Gold (Sol De Oro) for #Avosecrets (AFM\u2019s 2017 Super Bowl digital campaign), in the category of Real Time Content at the FIAP competition in Buenos Aires. This festival is recognized in the Latin American region as one of the two most important festivals, together with Cannes.<\/p>\n

She has addressed dozens of keynotes \u2013 across the nation and internationally \u2013 about Avocados From Mexico\u2019s digital marketing successes, best digital marketing practices, and digital transformation strategies. It\u2019s what she calls her small contribution to help push the industry forward.<\/em><\/p>\n
