Jen has made a career out of building notoriety and driving growth for agencies through her work and leadership. She believes opportunities are always there if we’re willing to dig in and make them happen. She welcomes challenges and is convinced that all work that works can and should be interesting—no matter what. With a love of studying human behavior, Jen’s constantly looking for ideas and innovations that move brands forward.

As an award-winning creative with extensive creative industry experience, she brings brands to life across channels and beyond expectations. Jen has led multidisciplinary teams at both large integrated advertising agencies and boutique design shops. She’s worked with brands like Centura Health, Enstrom Candies, Intel, Snowmass Tourism and U.S. Figure Skating. Currently, she’s the Executive Creative Director at Agency Zero – a growing full-service advertising agency in Denver with digital and entrepreneurial roots.

At the heart of everything she does, Jen is a changemaker and mentor. She’s been President of Ad Club Colorado, Ambassador for 99U and advisor for The One Club. Jen contributes articles and speaks on creative development for trade organizations around the globe. Most recently, Jen joined an all-star panel at the 7th annual 3% Conference in Chicago speaking on neurodiversity and creativity.

In her free time, Jen and her husband are constantly renovating their house in Colorado, hiking with their Labrador Retriever, writing and getting lost in great music or films.
