He now leads the analytics team at Trilia\/Hill Holliday. He has been with Trilia\/Hill Holliday since 2001. Previously, Seb worked at Goodby, Silverstein &amp; Partners in San Francisco, and Messner Vetere, Jordan McGrath and DDB Worldwide in New York. Seb has won practically all major awards for a strategist \u2013 a Gold Effie for E*TRADE and another Effie for Wired Digital; IAB MIXX Award for Best Integrated Campaign for Liberty Mutual; Mediaweek Media Plan of the Year Award for Liberty Mutual-twice in 2010 and 2012; and MITX Best Applied Technology Award for Liberty Mutual. He also has been named one of the best &amp; brightest media strategists in the US by B2B magazine twice \u2013 in 2001 and 2005. He has been an Effie judge since 2011 and a board member of the 4A\u2019s Media Leadership Council since 2014. He has a BS in Physics from the University of Calcutta and an MBA from Kent State University.
