Brad will discuss how the blend of information from industry trends, to regional restaurant competitors, to customer feedback is used to carefully design their flavorful menu and successful marketing plan.

Brad Schiff is Vice President of Marketing for the 105 unit Ninety Nine Restaurant chain, a division of American Blue Ribbon Holdings. Brad is in his twentieth year with Ninety Nine, where he oversees all marketing and R&D functions
Brad has held positions in marketing management for over 30 years in Fortune 500 companies including, General Mills, Best Foods, Dunkin Donuts, Ocean Spray Cranberries and W.R. Grace. Brad also teaches graduate courses in Marketing, Advertising, and Branding at Emerson College in Boston.
